Privacy Policy

Ridge and Sky LLC (Ridge & Sky — The Wagner Collective) is a West Virginia LLC owned by Ed and Crystal Wagner. This policy explains how information is handled through ridgeandsky.com and the North Star newsletter.

Information you provide

When you subscribe to North Star, we collect your email address and your signup preferences. When you email us, we receive your address, your message and any details or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not email payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive information.

Technical information and service providers

Our website is hosted through Namecheap, and our newsletter signup and delivery use MailerLite. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, access times, signup source and activity needed to deliver, secure and operate their services. MailerLite may also process email delivery, open and link-click information. Embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our website, including pages viewed, referral sources and browser or device information. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies to measure site usage. We use these reports to improve our website. How we use and share information

We use information to send updates you requested, answer inquiries, operate and secure the website, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell newsletter subscriber information. Information is processed by the providers needed to deliver these services and may be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and security.

Newsletter choices and retention

North Star is an opt-in newsletter, expected at least quarterly with occasional special editions. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or contact us at hello@ridgeandsky.com. We retain subscriber information while needed for the subscription. After an unsubscribe, limited suppression information may be retained to avoid sending unwanted email. Inquiry and technical records are retained as needed for their business, security and legal purposes.

Questions, correction and deletion requests

Email us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal obligations or to honor an unsubscribe. Applicable privacy rights are not limited by this policy.

Security, children and outside links

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security. This site is not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. Linked websites have their own policies. We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information in other countries.

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change, including when online sales begin.

Site Terms

Current website and previews

This site introduces Ridge & Sky and invites newsletter subscriptions and inquiries. Products and services marked “in development” are previews, not an offer to supply a particular item at a stated price. The website currently has no online checkout. Availability, pricing, delivery and purchase terms will be supplied before an order or service booking is accepted.

Responsible use

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, unsolicited messages, malicious uploads, unauthorized access or interference with its operation. Do not remove copyright notices or watermarks, or copy protected material beyond what the law or a written license permits.

Content and outside services

Site content is provided for general information and may change. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every preview or item of information is complete, current or error-free. Outside websites and services have their own terms. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

AI-assisted work and accessibility

Music projects and cover artwork may include AI-assisted or AI-generated production. Apparel concept images are AI-generated previews; final products may differ as stated on the homepage. The extent of copyright protection depends on the work and applicable law.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Online sales have not opened on this website. There is currently no checkout, and no shipping or return window is being promised for the concept products shown.

Before sales open, we will provide the applicable production and shipping estimates, shipping charges and destinations, cancellation rules, sizing guidance, damage and defect reporting process, and return and refund terms. Policies may differ for made-to-order goods, stocked products and digital downloads and will be available before payment.

For a question about an existing purchase arranged directly with us, email hello@ridgeandsky.com with your order details. The terms provided for that purchase and your applicable legal rights govern it. Purchases made through another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's applicable policies.

Copyright & Image Use

The photographs and original creative material we display and distribute are our own work. We retain all applicable copyright and other intellectual property rights in that work. Ridge & Sky, The Wagner Collective and associated branding identify our business. Display on this website does not grant a license to reproduce protected material.

Sharing and licensing

You are welcome to share a link to the website or a page. For permission to reproduce, edit, publish or use a photograph or other protected work in advertising, merchandise, websites, publications or another project, contact hello@ridgeandsky.com. Tell us which image, the intended use, media, territory and duration so we can discuss a written license.

Buying a physical print or product does not transfer copyright or authorize reproductions. A license applies only to the rights expressly granted. We do not authorize the use of protected site material or recordings of Crystal's voice to train AI systems, clone a voice or generate a synthetic performance without a separate written agreement from the applicable rights holder. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by law.
